There is great pride within the town, and the community spirit is palpable. Wigan Youth Zone truly feels united with the whole community as we strive to make a difference in the lives of young people.
To continue to provide these essential services, Wigan Youth Zone needs to raise over £1.8m each year and therefore we rely on our community’s support. Whether it is by volunteering, mentoring, fundraising, donating, partnering or communicating our work. Everyone has something to offer and can tangibly add value to our wonderful community asset.

This year, and with the help of supporters, businesses, schools, and the local community, we’re aiming to raise additional funds to kickstart the next decade of supporting Wigan and Leigh’s young people.
Your support in reaching out to local businesses and community to become part of the campaign can help us to make a difference to young lives in our town.
For 10 months we encourage all of you to take part in this life-changing campaign – these are opportunities for families and individuals, professionals and friends all over the borough to take part in activities to raise money and awareness for Wigan Youth Zone’s Charity and the Young People that we serve.
We’ve come a long way in providing support for a generation of young people since 2013, but there’s still more to be done to ensure a positive future for young people in Wigan and Leigh.
